Membership and form data is stored using Google's secure infrastructure (Google Forms / Sheets), with access restricted to designated SCDSG administrators only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
For SCDSG's General Election of Executives, we use a unique anonymous code system rather than personal data. Each registered member is issued a unique code used only to verify eligibility and enforce one-vote-per-member — the voting system itself does not store your name, contact details, or any personal identifiers alongside your vote.
